Product Description

This full automatic filling and tail sealing machine is used for filling chemical viscosity materials such as silicone sealant, PU sealant, MS sealant, adhesive or paste into toothpaste tubes. The filled products meets the market requirement of sealant / adhesive for household as samll quantity per pc. Its feature is vertical filling structure. During the filling process, the uploading of toothpaste tubes is automatic, sealant / adhesive filling,  tail sealing and air exhausting are automatic, quantity counting and code printing are also automatic. There's friendly man-machine interface, worker can set the filling volume by touching type interface directly. This automatic filling machine has advantages of filling fastly and operating continuous.
