Product Description

This full automatic filling machine is mainly for filling chemical viscosity materials such as lubricant oil, grease into plastic cartridges. The structure is vertical filling instead of horizontal filling. There are two choices of single filling system and double filling systems, the working efficiency is high and performance is stable.

When fill lubricant oil, grease by this machine, the delivering of plastic cartridges and covers, material filling and covers spinning are all by automatic. There's friendly man-machine interface, worker can set the filling volume by touching type interface directly. This automatic filling machine has advantages of filling quickly and operating continuous, it not only meets large-scale production requirement, saves production cost, but also keeps the quality of lubricant oil ogrease stable and reliable.
