This full automatic filling machine is used for filling chemical viscous materials such as polyurethane(PU) sealant, MS sealant, adhesive or paste into aluminum cartridges. It is vertical filling structure. During the filling process, the uploading of aluminum cartridges and plungers, material filling, plunger inserting and air exhausting are automatic, quantity counting and code printing are also automatic.
There's friendly man-machine interface, worker can set the filling volume by touching type interface directly. This automatic filling machine has advantages of filling fastly and operating continuous, it not only meets large-scale production requirement, saves production cost, but also keeps the quality of sealant stable and reliable.
By TT, 40% deposit and 60% balance paid before delivery.
Delivery time is 45 working days after receiving the deposit.
