This full automatic filling machine is widely used for filling different paste liquid materials such as dishwashing liquid, shampoo, cosmetics, syrup, disinfectant into bottles. It combines mechanical, electrics and pneumatic together, spare parts of electric and pneumatic elements are famous brands, PLC control system and man-machine friendly interface are available, filled volume can be set by man-machine interface, filling would stop automatically if bottles are not available, filled quantity are counted by machine automatically.
This automatic filling machine has advantages of high automation and easy operation, filling fastly and operating continuous, it not only meets large-scale production requirement, saves production cost, but also keeps the quality stable and reliable.
This machine can be customized, filling heads can be 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14, filled volume can be 1~10ml, 10~100ml, 100~500ml or 500~1000ml. And the filling temperature is room-temperature.
By TT, 40% deposit paid before production, 60% balance paid before delivery.
